How it works
You decide. Your team executes.
Elpis works in two stages: a creation journey to give shape to your business, then a daily cycle in which the agents work for you — under your control.
1. The creation journey
Free, no credit card. Nothing is published until you decide so.
- 1
Your idea
Describe it in a few sentences, or answer five questions to get three leads suited to your time and budget.
- 2
The validation report
The Research agent studies demand, competitors and risks, with sources. A score out of 100 and a frank verdict: Go, Adjust or Risky.
- 3
The identity and the site
Name, promise, offer and price, then a home page in private preview. Everything stays editable.
- 4
The 30-day plan
Week-by-week goals and a concrete first demand test, such as twenty sign-ups or five customer conversations.
- 5
The daily cycle
Every morning, Elpis picks the priorities; the agents carry them out; you approve what goes out. A summary waits for you in the evening.
2. A day with your team
Every day, at the time you choose, for every active business.
- 1
The morning review
Elpis rereads the state of your business: documents, memory, yesterday’s tasks, refusals and their reasons, emails received, sign-ups, sales, credit balance.
- 2
Today’s plan
It picks three to six tasks, says why, and asks you its questions. It stays within your credit budget.
- 3
Your go-ahead
Depending on your settings, tasks start on their own within your plan’s limit, or you approve the plan in one click.
- 4
The work
Each agent carries out its task. Every step is recorded: you can read it again, with its cost.
- 5
Approvals
Everything that goes out waits in your approval inbox.
- 6
The evening summary
What was done, what is waiting, the key figures and what is planned for tomorrow — by email and in your dashboard.
3. The approval inbox
Each request shows the exact content that will go out — the full email with its recipient, the post, the changes to the site, the amount of a campaign — with the agent’s reason.
Approve
The action goes out as it is.
Edit, then approve
You make corrections in the built-in editor, then approve.
Reject
Say why: your reason is kept in memory and guides the next proposals.
A request without an answer expires after 7 days and is never carried out. The “Emergency pause” button, visible everywhere, immediately stops all of a business’s tasks and sends.
4. Autonomy, category by category
By default, everything goes through you. Once you trust it, you can allow automatic mode where it is permitted.
| Action | By default | Possible |
|---|---|---|
| Publishing the site | Your approval | Automatic |
| Social media posts | Your approval | Automatic |
| Outreach emails | Your approval | Automatic with a daily cap |
| Replies to customers | Your approval | Automatic for simple questions |
| Ad spending | Your approval | Always your approval |
| Starting the plan’s tasks | Automatic within your credits | Approve the plan every morning |
5. Credits
Every task has a size, and its cost is shown before it starts.
- S1 credit
A post, a reply, a small change.
- M3 credits
An email sequence, a section of the site, a series of posts.
- L8 credits
A web research (validation report, market, competitors), a site redesign, a complete campaign.
A task that fails or is interrupted by an error on our side is refunded to you automatically.
