Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Elpis service (“the Service”), published by [TO BE COMPLETED: company name] (“we”). Elpis provides a team of artificial intelligence agents that helps its users (“you”) validate, launch and grow a small online business.

By creating an account, you accept these terms. The terms of sale for plans and credits are in the terms of sale.

2. Access to the Service

• The Service is reserved for adults (aged 18 or over), acting on their own behalf or for a business they represent.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential (Google account or e-mail address).
• We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, after informing you, except in an emergency. During a suspension, you can still export your data and delete your account.

3. How the agents work

• The agents produce research, texts, websites and proposed actions. No action towards the outside world (sending an e-mail, publishing a post, putting a site online, creating a payment link, spending on ads) is carried out without your approval, unless you have yourself turned on automatic mode for that category. Ad spending always requires your approval.
• AI-generated content may contain errors. You remain responsible for what you approve and publish, for your business, and for complying with the rules that apply to it (consumer law, commercial prospecting, the regulations of your sector, taxes).
• The validation report is desk research. It is not a market study with customers, nor legal, financial or tax advice, nor a guarantee of results. Elpis promises no income.

4. Your obligations

You agree to:

• provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone;
• not use the Service for an activity prohibited by the acceptable use policy;
• have a lawful basis for the contacts you import (consent, or legitimate interest for B2B prospecting) and honour unsubscribes;
• not publish fake reviews, fake testimonials, false references or misleading figures.

5. Ownership of your content

Everything you create with Elpis belongs to you: texts, websites, documents, contacts, your customers’ data. You only grant us the right to host and process it in order to provide the Service. You can export everything at any time, free of charge, and delete your account from your workspace.

The money from your sales is paid directly into your own Stripe account: we have no access to it.

6. Availability

We make our best efforts to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. An agent task that fails or is interrupted by an error on our side is automatically refunded in credits.

7. Liability

We cannot be held liable for the decisions you make based on the generated content, nor for content you have approved and published.

8. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription in one click and delete your account at any time from “My account”. Deletion permanently erases your account and your businesses (see the privacy policy for the data the law requires us to keep).

9. Changes to the terms

We will inform you by e-mail of any significant change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

10. Governing law
