Terms of sale

1. Offers

Elpis offers a free plan (Discovery) and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale), lifetime plans (Pro and Scale), and credit packs. The content and price of each offer are shown on the Pricing page at the time of ordering. Prices are stated [TO BE COMPLETED: including / excluding VAT depending on the VAT scheme].

Lifetime plans. A lifetime plan is paid once. It gives access to the features of the chosen plan for as long as Elpis operates the service, with no renewal and no later charge. It does not include monthly credits: AI credits are bought in packs. If a subscription was running, it is no longer renewed; the period already paid for remains yours. Special offers. An offer may reduce the price of certain plans, for certain countries or until a given date. The struck-through price shown is the normal price, paid by customers who do not benefit from the offer; the discount shown is the one applied at payment.

2. Credits

• Agents use credits according to the size of the task: S = 1 credit, M = 3 credits, L = 8 credits. The cost is shown before each launch and must be confirmed.
• A plan’s credits are valid until the next month’s credits arrive. Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• A task that fails or is interrupted by a platform error is automatically refunded in credits.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded in money, unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is made through our provider Stripe (card or another method offered at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, as you choose; a lifetime plan is paid once. An invoice is issued for each payment and remains available in “My account”.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in one click from “My account” (Stripe portal). Access remains open until the end of the paid period; no new charge is made. You can still export your data.

If the account is deleted, the subscription stops immediately, with no new charge and no pro-rata refund of the current period.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). [TO BE COMPLETED AND REVIEWED: conditions for immediate performance of the service with express consent and waiver, pro-rata calculation of the amount due, how to make a request (e-mail address).]

6. Payments from your own customers

Sales made by your business go through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect, direct charges). The money goes straight to you, with no withdrawal cap imposed by Elpis. Elpis’s commission on these sales: 0 % on all current plans; any future commission would be shown before each payment link is created. Stripe’s fees remain payable by you under its terms.

7. Advertising

Elpis takes no commission on your ad spending. Campaigns are launched by you, on your own ad accounts.

8. Complaints and mediation
