How credits work

An agent task costs credits according to its size. You always see the cost before confirming.

A task that fails or is interrupted by a platform error is refunded automatically.
Plan credits renew every month: they do not pile up from one month to the next.
Creating your company (validation, identity, site, 30-day plan) costs no credits.

Can I cancel at any time?: Yes, in one click from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then nothing more is charged.
What happens to my companies if I cancel?: Nothing is deleted. The agents stop working at the end of the period; your documents, your site and the history stay available, and you can export everything.
And if I change plans?: A higher plan applies right away: the difference is charged pro rata and the month’s extra credits arrive at once. A lower plan applies at the end of the current period.
How does the yearly plan work?: You pay once a year, which gives you two months free compared with monthly billing. Your credits still arrive every month.
Are my payments secure?: Payment is handled by Stripe. Elpis never sees or stores your card numbers.
Does Elpis guarantee me any income?: No. Your team of agents works for you every day, but the results depend on your project, your market and your decisions. We promise no figures.
